Welcome to the games and applications developed and published by CevSaa ("we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our mobile games, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not install, access, or use our Services.

1. Eligibility and License

Age Requirement: You must comply with the minimum age requirements of the platform (e.g., Google Play Store) from which you download our games.

Limited License: CevSaa grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable limited license to download, install, and play our games solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

2. In-App Purchases and Virtual Items

Certain Services may allow you to purchase virtual currency (coins, gems, gold) or virtual in-game items using real money.

Billing: All financial transactions and in-app purchases are handled securely through the respective platform provider (e.g., Google Play Store Billing). You agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes incurred by you or anyone using an account registered to you.

No Real-World Value: Virtual currency and in-game items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed, sold, or transferred for real-world money, goods, or services outside of the specific game.

Refund Policy: All purchases made within our Services are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or the explicit refund policies of the platform provider (Google Play/Apple App Store).

3. Advertising and Rewarded Content

Our Services may feature third-party advertisements, including rewarded advertisements that grant you in-game currency, items, or progression boosts upon viewing. We do not guarantee the availability of rewarded advertisements at all times. Any attempt to bypass, manipulate, or exploit the advertisement system using third-party tools, scripts, or automated software will result in an immediate block from the reward system or a permanent ban from the game.

4. Code of Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree that you will not, under any circumstances: use cheats, exploits, automation software (bots), hacks, mods, or any unauthorized third-party software; exploit bugs or glitches; reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the source code of the underlying software.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services (including games, titles, source code, themes, characters, artwork, and audio) are owned by or licensed to CevSaa. Our intellectual property is protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

6. Termination of Services

CevSaa reserves the right to terminate, suspend, or modify your access to the Services (including deleting or resetting your game progress) at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CevSaa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the services.
